Comprehensive Aquatic Risk Management Program™ (CARMP™)
Our partner, Ellis & Associates (E&A) is the industry leader when it comes to aquatic safety. With a reputation as the number one provider of innovative, cutting edge training since its introduction in 1983, E&A’s International Lifeguard Training Program® – ILTP® is recognized around the world as the premiere lifeguard training program available and when it comes to aquatic safety, one thing matters most – the quality of your lifeguard training program.
The CARMP™ is E&A’s flagship program, providing full-service aquatic safety and risk management consultation that goes well beyond simple “lifeguard training.”
The CARMP’s™ unique services, extensive Program Standards Handbook, CARMP™ Standards/accountability-based auditing program, and 24-hour a day, year-round access to operational resources and industry experts gives facility owner/operators all the tools necessary to be successful.
It is a complete, multifaceted aquatic safety guidance program. As a result, CARMP™ client facilities have an unmatched performance record and include some of the largest recreational aquatic venues in the world, hosting more than a hundred million visitors each year.
After more than 30 years, the CARMP™ is still the “platinum standard” aquatic safety program available to the industry, and remains the single program that every other risk management organization compares themselves to.
ILTP Training Center (ILTP TC)
Originally developed to work in conjunction with the Comprehensive Aquatic Risk Management Program™ (CARMP™) the success of the ILTP® program has drawn the attention of owners and operators of aquatic facilities around the globe.
Becoming an ILTP® Training Center entitles aquatic facility owner/operators to have ILTP® Lifeguard Instructors on staff. These courses provide the critical Lifeguard Instructor Training and mandatory Licensing necessary to then be able to conduct their own authorized ILTP® lifeguard courses and/or Safety & Health courses, on-site as required and without participation in the risk management services mentioned previously; affording owners/operators the ability to integrate ILTP® trained lifeguards into their facility’s existing operational practices.
ILTP® Training Center privileges include the Client Services Portal and our Learning Management Systems (LMS) record tracking database. Each participating organization has its own private page from which they can implement key components of the program and access the resources necessary to fulfill their operating needs. The Client Services Portal allows program participants to post classes, assign training materials to students, assign and maintain staff credentials all within one central location and will provide notifications when credential expirations are nearing. The one-of-a-kind LMS also provides electronic delivery of both course materials (digital textbooks, skill competency workbooks, study guides, and class information documents) and student credentials. Additionally, program resources including training tools and checklists, templates for facility documentation and program implementation, audit records and general communications are also available through the Client Services Portal.
Safety & Health Training Center (S&H TC)
Safety & Health training services, a part of Ellis Education Services, is the newest line of high-quality training programs in Ellis & Associates’ (E&A) ever-expanding course catalog, once again illustrating why E&A has remained the leader in Aquatic Safety for more than 30 years.
The goal of this premier line of Safety & Health training services, is to make emergency care training exciting, affordable, and easily accessible. Not only for Lifeguards but for employers and employees working in fields such as healthcare, education, parks and recreation, amusement/waterpark industry, construction, childcare; and for laypersons as well.
Much of what we have done has been adopted by other training organizations and has been written into various Codes throughout the US and abroad, including the CDC’s Model Aquatic Health Code. Using our same tried and true philosophies and training methodology, we are pleased to provide an extensive line of emergency care training solutions for organizations, instructors, and course participants worldwide.
